Kolor ID is Made in Spain using High carbon, nitrogen enriched NO STAIN steel. We use One-piece precision stamped blade for a lighter weight knife without sacrificing strength. They are Ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade that stays sharper longer and has superior resilience. The handles have Non-hydroscopic safe-grip (won’t absorb liquids) and use molded polypropylene handle safe up to 100ºC / 212ºF. Each knife comes with 6 color buttons to identity food preparation tasks to prevent cross-contamination. All cutlery is Dishwasher safe.
